We have 2 panasonic ue150 connected as tracking cameras, we use the joined calibration file for UE150. All tracking is ok, but the focus is inverted for virtuals : far focus is blured, near focus is clear with a virtual set at 13m of the camera.
first image : focus camera at 7.7m (bear)
Second, focus at infinite focus (the virtual set should be clear)
Third image : focus at 3cm, virtual set should be blurred, see the bear totally blurred

I am guessing you were using the Basic Calibrator to make that calibration file: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/basic-lens-calibration-without-lens-distortion/
The focus distance is given in meters and not centimeters:
So this is 7711 meters and not 7.7m:
When giving focus distances, never give unrealistic values like infinite value (10000). Cause the system will interpolate between all the values and will likely cause unrealistic values across every focus setting.
Also, it is suggested to do 5 or 7 different focus measurements per zoom position.
