but when i output the video , it's still a Horizontal screen.

Hi,
What device or connection do you use to output the video from Aximmetry?
For example, SDI only supports the 16:9 aspect ratio, so you can not use SDI to output portrait videos without black bars on the sides.
And for example, on NDI you can output any kind of aspect ratio.

Simply go to Edit->Preferences in Aximmetry and set rendering Frame Size to custom 9:16 resolution like 1080x1920:
