Hello,

Make sure you are running the Motive app and that your hardware is perfectly-recognized there. Also, turn off the firewall as it might be blocking the data from arriving to Aximmetry.

please follow this guide about OptiTrack systems.

Best regards,

hi Ahmed!

As you can see from my picture above, aximmetry already detect optitrack in tracking device and motive app always running. i also follow that guide and turn off the firewall.

is there any chance that i can see debug whether i received data or not from optitrack?

Hello,

Can you please send us screenshots from the Motive App? Also, please show us your OptiTrack settings in the Device Mapper.

You can use the Camera Tracking module for debugging purposes. Currently it is pointless cause there is no data going to Aximmetry at all.

Best regards,

Not sure if you solved this?
We had the exact same issue, depending on which motive version you are running... it is set to Unicast by default in the streaming pane. It has to be Multicast for Aximmetry to recognise it.

We are running Motive on a seperate machine.

Hi Afterglow,

If I understand correctly, it is only working in multicast for you. Multicast enables the tracking to be received by multiple computers. So maybe you have some other computer or device already using the tracking.

Also, you should make sure you selected the correct Adapter (do not select localhost as the tracking comes from a different computer) and Server IP in Aximmetry, more on it here in the Separate Machines paragraph.

Warmest regards,
