Why AXI ProcessLoad is overload but in task manager the usage of my hardware is not overload?

I have problems like this as well. Can you right click the CPU graph in Task Manager and show all the Logical Processors and take another screen shot? Both Aximmetry and Unreal Engine are not generally multi-core applications so I usually max out 1 or 2 cores with the rest being idle. I also have had some improvement turning off Hyperthreading in the BIOS.
