How can i make a glowing shader?

you need to change shader Highlight color value with using Tonemapper tool

Thanks Ahmed, it worked! i have also a problem with adding spotlight. i have connected the affecting lights to the affected objects  but the lights beam wont show up, i also increased the light intensity but it does not show the light beam on the other surfaces, i dont know what i may be missing, kindly help

As Ahmed suggested please check the tutorial video.

The screenshot that you sent seems fine, but we can't see what shader/material you use.

It is possible that you are using a shader that doesn't handle light. (for example Basic.xshad)
