I was wondering if there is a simple way to control when pre-recorded videos start.
I will pre-record, with chroma, 2 separate videos of 2 persons and place them in 2 billboards. They will be at the same time in the same studio and they will interact (speak) with each other. What I need is both videos to start at the same time so they will be sync and I can do all the camera moves.

@Eiffert: I need to record three separate billboarded green screen actors from 3 cameras at the same time and have the ability to later play back those three videos synced up together, and add them into a virtual set , with virtual camera moves. I am able to get three green screen billboards with the actors to play at the same time in Main / Green using the Overlays_2-Scr_Vid_insLog0_Crawl_Green2 for videos previously recorded. I have one recorder set up using Record_3-Audio which records the final output .
How do I simultaneously record the three green screen videos intended for the billboards from my 3 virtual cams and have them start recording at the same time, using one control button in Main. How do I sync the playback so they all start at the same time.
Do I need to set up three separate recorders . Where do I source the green screen camera outputs to the individual recorders

To record the three video inputs, I recommend using three separate Video Input modules with Video Recorder modules:
You can synchronize the start of all recordings by using the Copy Trigger module.
Note that this process may significantly increase the performance load on your computer, particularly if you're recording in high-quality formats.
Ideally, you should use a separate computer solely for recording purposes and split the video signal between the computers.
For playback, you can utilize the Copy Trigger module again and use the recorded videos as Test inputs in the camera compound:
The [Common_Studio]:Compounds\Overlays\Overlays_2-Scr_Vid_Ins_Logo_Crawl_Green.xcomp compound already has this implemented by the Restart Green pin:

In the folder [common studio]/[compounds]/[overlays] there are 2 ready-made compounds called Overlays_****_green.xcomp.
The "green" part in those names refers to what you are looking for: a player where up to three green screen videos can be played at the same time with one button.
If you don't need the other features in the overlay compound, you can also quickly make your own setup : add 3 "video player" modules and one "copy trigger" module.
In the flow, connect the OUT pin of the "copy trigger" to the PLAY pin of EACH video player and you're done : with one button on the copy trigger you'll play all 3 videos at the same time.
You can then repeat the process with the stop and restart pins to have full control.
At last, you can get even more fancy with a pin collector (and create UI buttons on a control board) or use the trigger pins of a record compound so that videos are played, stopped or restarted whenever you hit the record button.
