NDI Streaming Not Working

Hello there all,

I have issues with Streaming over NDI:

1- I am streaming using NDI, I can receive the video on the other Streaming PC but there is no Audio or sound with the Video - how do I solve this issue please?? The Flow is attached:

2- Even when I am receiving the video over NDI, it is not being played smoothly, what I mean is that the video plays for 1 second then pouses for 1 second then plays again the pauses again, it feels like if my Streaming PC is struggling with playing the video but that is not the case since my Streaming PC is very strong for streaming - with i7 2.40 CPU and 16GB RAM - how do I solve it please? Attached is the startup config:

For Audio Problem I suggest to drag mixed audio pin from Record_3-Audio to output side

Thank you, I did try the Mix Audio last time, it didn't work, but now I had to turn off/on, it is working now.

I have spoted 2 more issues now:

1- I get the Audio being sent only when I turn off the INPUT 1 in Billboards section and when I turn the INPUT 1 on again, then there is no audio being sent over NDI.

2- I recorded the audio and video on the streaming PC, when the video pauses the Audio also clips, like it messes that section of audio when the video pauses.

I hope the Aximmitry team know what I am talking about and solve both these issues please.

I wanted to send the video file, but there is no option to attach a video file here.

Dear Aximmetry,

I am still waiting for a reply for my above ticket, also I have sent the Video Sample of being streamed over NDI to your email so that you can see what is it being streamed.

The audio only works when I turn off the INPUT 1 in Billboards, otherwise there is no sound being streamed.

Hello Fay,

The video you sent us is 50p, while the NDI output is set to 25p on your screenshot.
You probably should match the input settings on your streaming PC.

To also have audio out on NDI, you should wire out the audio as Ahmed suggested.
(I cannot see any internal audio connections on your screenshot, I suppose you get the audio from a DirectSound device.)

I changed it to 50p, but still nothing has changed, still the video is being clipped.

Please check the attached, I did wire out the audio as Ahmed suggested, this way I only get the out outputed if I turn off the INPUT 1 in Billboards only and still the audio is being clipped.

What do you mean by internal audio connections please?

I get the audio from the Mixer as a line IN input of the Aximmetry PC - what is the right way of being the audio sent out please?

Please reply now, as tomorrow I have a Live show please.

Can I suggest to recive aximmetry ndi stream from your local Pc maybe you can use ndi tools or any software for that?

Also can you test sending new ndi stream using other softwares like obs studio or ndi tools so to make sure that this is not aximmtery problem?

maybe you have network related problems.
