Hi Support,
I am experiencing some issue after installation. every time when I launch Aximmentry software executables, the below error keeps coming up and terminated the application after I click yes or no.
Please kindly tell me what is going wrong? I downloaded the package directly from my aximmetry portal.

Although Aximmetry should work with older (and weaker) cards than what is in the recommendation we don't support too old cards. Also we have limited support for mobile GPU-s.
Your card is probably too old and doesn't support DX12 features.
As Ahmed suggested you can try to update your drivers. There is a small chance that it will help, but probably you should try it on a different hardware.
I suggest that you check if you have supported GPU card and latest AMD or NVIDIA driver version installed.
