BMD Device not found

Hi. New to Aximmetry so this is probably a silly question but I've read through the online help and am not sure what I'm doing incorrectly.

1. At startup I have configured inputs from a BMD Quad Duo 2 card.
Inputs have been separately tested in Vmix to ensure signal (and vMix is not running concurrently). Format is 1080/29.97p

2. In adding a video input in Aximmetry I can select any of the inputs defined in #1 but all give a red screen with "device not found" even though it shows the devices in the list.

What have I missed?

Probably the most asked question. You need to use the Professional or Broadcast version for SDI inputs, like on the Quad Duo. You also need to use the latest Decklink drivers.

Hi. Yes, using Professional (under the community you do not have the option to setup the inputs at application startup). Yes, latest drivers.

Have you tried to manually select the input in the Aximmetry compound instead? You should also set the format to Auto so it automatically matches your input format.

Hello,

Can you try using the Video Input Module please? Pick the right port you want to use for your card and put the mode to Auto as Aximmetry can detect the right input settings for it.

If it didn't work, please take a screenshot from the Blackmagic app for your configuration of the card.
