Looks like Delay value is not set correctly. Try to change it and see the result. 

You also need to calibrate it more prcisely i.e. work with manual zoom value so that the real perspective aligns with virtual one. Can be hard and time consuming. You are using zoom lens, make sure you don't change focal distance while filming. 

to expand on andrew... how did you calibrate your zoom lens? since you don't have an encoder, you need to calibrate it at fixed focal lengths and use it at those focal lengths only when using the specific calibration for said focal length.
