How do I import FBX data into Unreal Engine

I've exported my camera data from Aximmetry as an FBX, however when I try and import to UE the import buttons on the FBX importer are greyed out.

Am I missing something crucial? Do I need to assign it a skeleton and if so, how might I do that for it to work correctly?

Interestingly I've sort of figured it out (I think). I've managed to import the FBX data to an existing camera in the sequencer. However This brings up a separate problem, the FBX I've recorded from Aximmetry only seems to be 1 frame of data. And I can't seem to work out how to get it to record properly. Am I missing something?

Hi,

It could be that you record to the same timecode value for the whole recording.
Or the timecode for the FBX has a huge value cause the Use Master TC is turned on in the recorder. In that case, when opening the animation for example in Unreal, the animation's keys won't be visible at the first as it will be located at the very end of a very long animation timeline:

If you are still having issues, can you provide more information on how the recorder and its compound are being used in the flow editor.

Warmest regards,
