Is it possible to put the billboard in the Unreal at a point so that its place is linked to this point and moves with it like this example .

Hi Huseen,
It is possible to edit the Aximmetry's Unreal Camera blueprint to do exactly what you describe.
However, I would suggest that instead of putting the billboard where the elevator is, you put the elevator (in height) where the billboard is. In Aximmetry you can get the billboard's position from the camera compound. Add then in Unreal you get this transformation with Get Aximmetry Transformation and set the elevator's position based on that. You can even add another transformation to it in Aximmetry to precisely set the offset between the elevator and the billboard.
If you share with us which camera compound you use (tracked, virtual...), then I can describe it in more detail.
