Some update, I tried to set the Remote Name back to computer name but not IP address and the NDI still cannot connect to the remote machine, any suggestion?

The likely source of the issue is that NDI needs a Broadcast or Professional license: https://aximmetry.com/products
Note, even if you don't have these licenses, the remote machine will be able to render and you will be able to control it. You just won't see it's video through the NDI connection.

Yes, I am testing multi-machine setup with a broadcast license and community version. The community version machine output is good, and responsive when I moving around the camera with the control machine.
