If the audio is not coming from the camera directly, then it is very likely they won't be in sync.
However, you can set audio Delay in the Recorder_3-cam.xcomp:
There might be a case where the video is coming faster than the audio. In this case, you should apply a delay on the video input in your camera compounds to match it with the audio signal.
