Connection lost (Operation has timed out) when running multi machine

Hi,

We are also got this problem. Already turn off the firewall. Our first time using multiple machines. Followed the documentation but got this problem

It seems you set a project root folder that is not shared over the network. Please make sure you shared the project root folders on your network and that all of your computers are using that folder from the network as the root folder:

The renderer machine is already set up for the project root folder.

But still remains the same issue.

Hi,

You could try to add the IP addresses here instead of the name of the machine:

You can read the IP address here in the Launcher:


If it is still not working, does pinging from the controller machine to the remote machine return anything? You can check the connection to the IP address of your remote machine by hitting Windows+R and in the Run window, type cmd into the search box, and then hit Enter. And in the CMD write: ping 192.168.32.201. If 192.168.32.201 is the IP address that is on the same network as your controller machine.
