Hi,
I am running a scene in Aximmetry DE Community and with the MOSYS system. But my actor does not appear on stage. I have blocked the billboard on the camera and I turned off the allow virtuals. but the image from my camera after typing will not appear on the billboard.
Does anyone know why this is happening or what I'm doing wrong? Many thanks.

Mo-Sys is a professional tracking system. Professional tracking systems are only supported by Broadcast edition: https://aximmetry.com/learn/faq/hardware-1/#which-professional-camera-tracking-systems-are-supported-by-aximmetry
Also, make sure that the Billboard is turned on and that the Use Billboards is turned on in the Scene panel:
