No audio in recorded file

We have recently obtained the Studio license. We're able to set everythin up so far. We hear the audio of the inserted video. However, when we record no audio can be heard.

Can you please help us to solve this issue?

Thanks,

Dennis

You can return to the following topic about video recording

https://my.aximmetry.com/forum/postdetails/168-making-a-rendered-video

to summarize you can simply use the Video Recorder built-in module .

Or As aximmetry recommended you can use the Record_1-Audio or Record_3-Audio compounds the following video show how to use these tools

For Audio problem you can use this solution until aximmetry fix this problem

"turn on the DDSMipmap and  change the audio format to AAC as shown"

Dennis, are you trying to record within one of our sample studios or have you made your own?
If it is one of our example samples, which one is it?

HI, we've been trying the solutions offered but to no succes. We are using the example Sport studio. We don't see any motion in the audio level indicators but we do hear audio in Aximmetry. Just the rendered file is without audio.

We've managed to get audio with Recor_3_Audio compound. Now we try to hit record and we get a notification: "Failed to create video file"and the recording is stoppped immediately.

Maybe you need to change frame rate to 25 p in record compound

my case I had no audio in the recording when using a recorded input, virtualcam compound do not send the audio to the recording compound, so I connect directly the audio from the video source to the recording compound.
