BlackMagic SDI Audio stutters when embedded

We are having problems trying to embed audio into SDI in Aximmetry. We are able to successfully get the audio into the system, however it stutters badly, and is so distorted  that we can’t use it. We saw an announcement that Aximmetry was having problems with BlackMagic‘s SDI device, but we haven’t seen a fix. Has anyone else determined a way to work around this problem? We are trying to get clean audio so that we can live stream.
Thanks!

same problem here.I guess it's the problem that axy uses windows audio subsystem and you can see in windows audio setup the decklink card's audio option  is fixed to 16bit 48khz,

and in smpte sdi standard I think it's 24bit only.thus cause bit crash I guess?

is there any fix?

because if we could't use axy to embeded audio ,the video delay from input to output is quit near 1000ms and the largest audio delay we have for our audio console is near 800ms.In my setup I can't even make a audio sync to video anymore.

Is aja card do any good for this ?I have a aja covid 88 card maybe I need a test for that?

As I under stood, the older version of decklink desktop driver(10.X.x)works with sdi audio(I have another software that also uses decklink emeded output and they told me the 10series driver works ),but the new card(8k card )cant use with 10 series driver and I didn't test it with axy.

sad thing.

Hello,

Using Blackmagic cards and SDI embedded audio input, the following issue can appear.

When accessing the SDI audio using an Audio Input module, you can select Blackmagic cards as an Audio Device. This audio signal can suffer from a stuttering effect and demodulation.

To avoid the problem we recommend accessing the SDI audio input directly using a Video Input module (or any Camera compound, as they are all using Video Input modules). The audio can be output for further purposes using the designated Audio pin output on the Video Input module/camera compound.

When using the Record_3-Audio compound, make sure you check the camera icon to use the SDI audio by the Video Input module. If the camera icon is unchecked, then the module will access the SDI audio using an Audio Input module.

Best regards,
