Fail on Importing Animations

Hi there.

When I export an animation from Blender or Fusion as DAE or FBX, all animation seems to be lost.
In fact, with FBX there's no animation at all.
DAE OTOH brings in a Sequencer Node, but again there's no animation in there.

Re-Importing the files into Blender/Fusion clearly shows the correct (baked) animations.

Any idea what's going wrong there?

Cheers & all the best.

Eric.

PS: To slightly correct myself....

DAE *does* bring in Animations.

There's just no keyframes visible in the SequenceEditor...

Hi Eric,

The imported model's transformation animation is read-only. However, that doesn't mean you can not change the transformation's position or play them in a different order, more on that here: https://youtu.be/mF1W917vQXA?t=2421
When opening the model file, you can read the animation's transformations at the Sequence Transformation modules, like:

Importing animations currently only work with Collada (.dae files).

Warmest regards,
