Hi,
Some frames are the same as the previous one in that video when the camera is rotating.
This could very well be the result of red CPU or GPU usage.
You might need to upgrade your computer hardware. You can find our recommended configurations here:
For Aximmetry DE: https://aximmetry.com/aximmetry-de
For Aximmetry SE: https://aximmetry.com/aximmetry-se
Also, please make sure that the following settings are set to 50p (50 frames per second):
This shouldn't be an issue if sync is turned on, but just to make sure, turn it to 50p:
Warmest regards,
Hi Gómez,
Yes, that should be more than enough to render the test studio and play the video stream.
Note this is for video output: (previously you might have referred to it as input)
This is where you set video inputs (in the camera compound):
The input and output can not use the same SDI slot.
Also, one more setting that might cause frame drops, you have too low latency set in the Edit -> Preferences:
However, this shouldn't cause increased hardware usage.
Warmest regards,
Is there jittery motion with just the video input, if you’re not using tracking?
It looks to me like there is a frame rate mismatch somewhere in the chain. Did you set the camera, the video output and the Aximmetry project frame rate to the same value? Also, you’re not using NDI I hope? Finally, check that you have the Sync checkbox enabled for the main Aximmetry output.
