Issue with VRM importer plugin from github

Hello I am having an issue with Vroid importer plugin.
It works in Unreal 4.27 however when I try to get it installed in aximmetry DE Unreal 2.27

I get this error:

LogAximmetry: Display: Installing VRM4U...

LogAximmetry: Display: UnrealBuildTool: WARNING: The 'Developer' module type has been deprecated in 4.24. Use 'DeveloperTool' for modules that can be loaded by game/client/server targets in non-shipping configurations, or 'UncookedOnly' for modules that should only be loaded by uncooked editor and program targets (eg. modules containing blueprint nodes)

LogAximmetry: Display: UnrealBuildTool: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.27\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\VRM4U\VRM4U.uplugin: warning: The 'Developer' module type has been deprecated in 4.24.

LogAximmetry: Display: UnrealBuildTool: ERROR: Could not find definition for module 'VRM4U', (referenced via command line -> VRM4U.uplugin)

LogAximmetry: Error: Could not build VRM4U. This plugin will not be installed. (UnrealBuildTool exited with 6.)

LogAximmetry: Display: Plugin installation complete. Some plugins could not be installed.

- Its mostly the content of the plugin that i need specifically Materials and blueprints
Any thought how I could fix this ?

Hello,

Did you follow our installation guide for third-party plugins?

Best regards,

I have.

Two other body tracking plugins that I’ve installed work with no issues.

But I had no luck with this particular one.

it’s a plug-in that converts VRM format into unreal assets.

I’ve tried importing project from Unreal 4.27 into Aximmetry Unreal but because the assets are connected to the plugins content it doesn’t work.

I also tried copying the plugins contents into project folder but get lots of compilation errors.

Hi,

Sadly VRM4U plug-in won't work with Aximmetry for Unreal in its current form. The plugin is not present on the Epic marketplace and the plugin's source code is not public.
However, it seems there are other ways to import models from Vroid to Unreal.

Generally, the plugins that are available on the Epic marketplace will work with Aximmetry.

Warmest regards,
