Done Adding the audio pin but immediately i start recording the sound goes off and the output file has no sound! what may i be missing?

Oh It seems that I have same problem with Video recorder audio maybe aximmtery support Can help to solve this problem

I found out the solution! turn on the DDSMipmap and change the audio format to AAC as shown

Hi Geoffrey,
The DDSMipmap option has nothing to do with the issue. But AAC is required when you record into an MP4 file, because it does not allow any other audio codecs.
Two notes.
- There is no real point using Video_Recorder.xcomp, you can simply use the Video Recorder built-in module alone as is.
- But if you want user-friendly functionality we can recommend the Record_1-Audio or Record_3-Audio compounds. They are the "official" solution we usually add to vertial set. Please see this tutorial on the subject:
You can do that I think by using Video_Recorder compound
then change setting as you need
