Ar workflow with unreal BG

Hello.

I have an unreal scene which we are tracking with an aximmetry tracker camera.  What would be the correct solution to be able to put AR objects ahead of our talent at the same time we render the background?  Do I need to have another machine?  I have tried to find this combined workflow but failed to find the right way.

Thanks in advance for your time

Hi,

In the case you are using Tracked camera:

If you want to render the AR objects with Unreal, then you can do it with one machine, where both the background and the AR objects are in the same Unreal Project. If you want to have direct control over the AR objects in Unreal while using Aximmetry, then follow one of our tutorials on passing information from Aximmetry to Unreal: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-aximmetry-de-users/passing-transformation-from-the-unreal-scene/
If you want to render the AR objects with Aximmetry while rendering the background with Unreal, then just follow this documentation: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-aximmetry-de-users/aximmetry-and-unreal-combined-rendering/

In the case you are using Led Wall:

If you want to render the AR objects with Unreal, then currently you will need 2 machines. If you want to render the AR objects with Aximmetry while rendering the background with Unreal, then one machine is enough.
Here you can find more on how to set up these: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/using-led-walls-and-ar-together/

Warmest regards,
