Keyboard shortcuts stops working randomly

Hi

We are facing a strange issue with keyboard shortcuts. Sometimes they just stop working while working on the project or during production. If I use mouse to click on the buttons instead of using the keyboard they work perfectly fine. Only the keyboard shortcut doesnt work. If I restart Aximmetry  it starts working again

'Enable Keyboard controllers' is enabled in aximmetry

During live production restarting is not feasible. Any idea what could be causing this issue?

We are using Aximmetry Professional DE Edition  2021.4.2 build 20596

Hi,

I assume we are talking about assigned shortcuts like:

Next time it happens, can you try if the Reconn. All button at Edit->Preferences->Keyboard Devices fixes this issue.

Also, do you see only one Keyboard in the "Devices used when learning" like in the above picture? And are you using a normal wired keyboard (and not one that is connected through Bluetooth for example) and this keyboard doesn't have special software for macros?
