I have a question about Mosys tracker workflow

I have a question about Mosys tracker workflow

We are currently using broadcast version.

I'm asking because I don't understand everything after looking at the manual.

We are testing using a Mosys tracker and Panasonic AG-UX1804K camera.

The project file is Unreal.

After conducting the calibration separately, I took over the calibration file to External Lens Data.

But it doesn't seem to work properly.

Can I know the detailed workflow?

We have all of our calibration on the mosys unit (lens file etc etc) with digi lens input to the unit and that gets sent to Aximmetry. This works as long as you only select the Tracking Device and do not use the Zoom Device option.

Thank you for the request!

I'm currently using a digi lens.

So the conclusion is that it works without calibration, but you can't use zoom?

Hi DongHoonShin,

I think what DSCTHK was trying to say was that you shouldn't set anything to the Zoom Device field. Like here:

This is because the zoom is already being sent if you set the Tracking Device to Mosys.
The Zoom Device field is there for cases when your tracking solution doesn't handle zoom and you use a separate solution to send the Zoom data.

You could add a Camera Tracking module to the Flow just to check if you are receiving zoom through your tracking solution. In the Camera Tracking module set Device value to your tracking solution and then check if the Zoom Factor changes when you use the zoom on your camera:

Thank you for your answer.

I tried as your answered, but as a result, it didn't seem to be solved. I attached a picture.

Position seems to work well.

Zoom can't be solved.

I'll be waiting for the reply.

Hi,

Please turn on the External Lens Data: (I see it is turned off in your picture)

If External Lens Data is On it means that if the tracking system provides its own lens data then the system will use that. If the property is Off or no lens data is coming from the tracking system then Aximmetry’s own lens data will be used.

If after this you are still not receiving zoom data. Then you can set up the following flow, to show the zoom data in the preview window.

Both Camera Tracking and Scalar Peeker are modules, you can add them by right click on an empty place in the flow and selecting Insert Module... option. Once the Camera tracking module is added, select Mo-Sys in its Device parameter. If this setup shows a value in the preview window, that means Aximmetry receives zoom from Mo-Sys.

Warmest regards,

Thanks to your answer, we are connected.

But I have a question.

I attached a video.

As shown in the attached video, the floor seems to be pushed. How can I solve this problem?

Is it a delay problem?

Thanks!

Hi,

Yes, there seems to be a slight delay.
Follow the tracked camera documentation's input section here to fix it: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/setting-up-virtual-sets-with-tracked-cameras/#inputs

Warmest regards,
