We haven't tried the Truss yet, unfortunately, so we can't really assist you much here. If you can, please share screenshots of the Environment, Placement, and Device Network tabs of the Antilatency Service.

I measure the truss in a lot of diferent points and the heigh is always the same 3,45XX Meters I don't know if the leveling of the ceiling requires more precision...

I'm noticing a delay between the position and rotation when you are moving the camera. 

Can you send us all of your tracking settings from the Aximmetry side and the antilatency side, maybe we can spot an issue there.

Did you try the system with other software? Also, contacting Antilatency support is a good idea.

We can't really be sure of the reason for the problem, but Antilatency systems have been working flawlessly with Aximmetry and most of the time issues are caused by user error. 

Hello FAV_Event the light on stage are provisionally only for test purposes.

Hello Ahmed, i think the problem is on truss. Because we are using crossings 20cm more long that Antilatency espect. I was talking with Antilatency support for see if they can modify enviroment parameters to adjust our truss instead of changing the truss.

Hi @Cymatic we are facing exactly the same problem and we have exaclty the same setup as you, 12 truss reference bars, the only difference is that we have our truss at 4.72 meters HEIGHT , we have tried everything so far and posted this thread yesterday https://my.aximmetry.com/post/1676-antilatency-truss-offset-problem , I'm sure we can help us each other.  Feel free to contact us: erick.briseno@redefinition.mx
