Unreal cooking is not accurate enough in Aximmetry

It's a big stage, the panorama is fine, but when the camera is pushed to the podium the picture is very blurry

Are you adjusting focus when approaching the podium ?

That just looks like the podium is out of focus

@Txsjnx: You seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of how UE4 scenes work in Axi. There is no conversion going on anywhere, Aximmetry doesn’t do any cooking. It simply opens the UE4 scene in the background and transfers the GPU buffer into Aximmetry.

Regarding the blurry picture, you just haven’t set the focus correctly on the (virtual) camera. Check the official documentation for information on how to do that. Again, nothing to do with inaccurate “cooking”, just operator error.

Hi,

You can deactivate the cam focus effect if you're unhappy with it:

Thank you for your answers. Yes, it is indeed the focus. I use virtual cam_ Unreal_ A-B...... Modifying its focus doesn't work, thinking it's a cook problem. When I disconnect cam focus distance and modify cook's file, cam focus distance works.

What do you mean with “modify cook’s file”? It’s almost certainly not a cooking problem. Have you made sure the Aximmetry camera in the UE4 scene is the latest version? Did you make any changes to the Aximmetry camera? Just add it again through the Aximmetry menu in the UE4 editor.
