we failed to reproduce the error. We tried the Stream Deck XL on two machines and it worked seamlessly.

Can you use the Stream Deck even when the problem shows up?

The hyperlink that come in the default works.

I tried sending a support with Elgato but no response.

Is there anything else I could do to get this to work?

We use Streamdeck as well and it works flawlessly.

But since we have to control a wide variety of other devices as well,
we stopped using Streamdeck's native software and switched over to Bitfocus Companion.

Instead of Game keys we then use OSC to control Aximmetry.

@Dwayne, that is really strange because it is working for us and Eric here as well. We will investigate the issue further. For now, let's start with a wipeout and reinstall of Aximmetry and the Elgato drivers and software. If the problem persists, you can use Eric's solution. Here is our guide on OSC control for further details.

I tried reinstalling drivers but got nothing from that. Any other solutions?

You are experiencing the "PLEASE LAUNCH AXIMMETRY" message even when Aximmetry launched? If so, you should still try to use the software.

In the case of Elgato Stream Deck Mini, you installed Stream Deck software and then added the Aximmetry Integration plugin.
And in Aximmetry you select Assign Game, and then wait for a press:

When this screen is up, you can press the button in the Stream Deck software, to see if the connection between the Stream Deck software and Aximmetry works.

In the case of XK 60, which software do you use with it?
If I understand correctly, its basic driver could make it function as a keyboard. And so, you would need to assign it as a keyboard...

The Elgato Stream Deck app: https://www.elgato.com/en/stream-deck-mobile should work with Aximmetry, just as Stream Decks work with Aximmetry.
