Antilatency tracker

Hi everyone.

I have a problem with Antilatency tracker. I can't make it work properly, It is tracking only tilt up or down and Pan left or right movement. It doesn't track any up or down, backward or forward movements.  

Does anybody has or had this problem? 

This is my floor setup and camera placement:

Are you sure it’s picking up the IR sensors? If it doesn’t, you would only get pan/tilt data from the IMU.

All good now.  I changed the floor setup and now works great. Really happy with Antilatency.
