Based on the video that you have sent us it seems that the project could not run properly. We suspect that the Processor Load is too high, please check that. This could be because your system does not meet the requirements for Aximmetry. In this case the Text Crawl looks choppy because of this issue.

I think there there is no problem with cpu preformance.

did this make any sense ?

So you do not see any red strips in your Processor Load window, either GPU or CPU?

Also it can be caused by framerate difference between the render system and the NDI output.
Did you put Sync on your NDI output in Startup Configuration?

I have created this project using community version and using 2020.1 and 2019.6

but I get same results also I have only screen output not sdi or ndi.

Also I have tested professional-M version 2019.6 same result.

maybe there is problem with Arabic text and crawler module. 

Could you please provide a screenshot of your startup configuration screen (with your video outputs settings)?

Also a screenshot of your ProcessorLoad window and we'd like to see both your CPU and GPU load during the issue?

We can rule out processor overload.

However I can see that your rendering runs on 50fps.
Usually monitors runs on 60Hz by default. This difference causes some stuttering.
Please try to set rendering frame rate to 60 in Preferences / Rendering.

One more note: this stuttering should only appear on the screen.  When you do a recording withing Aximmetry the framerate of the video file and the rendering will match, therefore in the video file there won't be any stuttering.
