I think that Multi Blender Module Can do the job .

But I think if there any way to rearrange the inputs of Multi Blender Module without disconnecting/ connecting This will save alot of time

If you want a scene node-like composition you can use the LThird system - or you can build your own similar solution (LThird system simply uses rectangles and an orthographic camera).
The layer order can be set via the Layer property in LThird, or Force Distance directly on the Rectangle.
The drawback of this method is that you cannot use different blending modes (only normal).

The other way is using Multi Blender. If you need layer moving use a Placer Precise on each input of Multi Blender.
Unfortunately there's no other way to arrange the layers than reconnecting them.
