Bluefish Supernova CG card not showing in Aximmetry

Hi,

We purchased Bluefish Supernova CG card after checking the website. After installation Aximmetry unable to detect the Bluefish Card.

What could be the reason ?

What version of Aximmetry are you using? Only Professional and Broadcast supports SDI inputs.

We are using Broadcast Edition. Also, Decklink Duo 2 is working fine.

if you are using the latest version of Aximmetry, you have to update the Bluefish444 driver to v6.5.0.

Please make sure you have the Bluefish444 driver updated at least to v6.5.0. (Aximmetry version 2021.4.1 or higher)

If it's still not working, are you using Epoch Supernova CG, and which version of driver?
