The delay depends on the SDI card model you use.
From Aximmetry you can adjust the in-to-out video delay in Preferences / Rendering:

You should set this to the lowest value possible with which you don't yet experience any frame drops.
But the final delay can be larger because of the further internal buffering of the SDI cards. You have to measure it manually if you need a precise value.
