I meant previously that I have this issue although the license is deactivated. The software does not even ask for a license code.

Previously, you probably gave a wrong license or one that has been deleted:

Please wait for about a day, then it should be fixed by us. And on start Aximmetry.exe will ask for a license key again.

FYI, I never had to enter any license code. Art first, I installed 4.1 over 4.0 without uninstalling it. And 4.0 was running fine with the license code you'll find on my profile for Broadcast DE. I then deactivated the license when the software opened showing up the error (without asking for a license code).

I then uninstalled and trie to reinstall.

One strange thing is that the remaining days with the wrong code (3414AE...) are OK regarding the good one.

We made some changes, does it still not work? Even after trying to uninstall and reinstalling it again?

Beware of sharing your license key on the internet (one of the screenshot you posted contained it).

No, it's still the same, I cannot activate anymore Aximmetry on my laptop, although there is no other machine activated on my Manage Licenses page. As written yesterday, I could activate it on another machine.
