ndi out and vmix

hi everyone I have a problem with the ndi output, probably the problem is vmix, the fact is that I have a lot of frame losses with the ndi signal coming from aximmetry and much less from other sources. , the data flow at the input of vmit is 180 Mbit, the hardware is good rayzen 5900x processors and rtx 3080 10 gigabit network card and specific netgear switch. In short, it should be okay but it goes very badly. Is there a way to check or set the parameters in output from aximmetry?

Thanks

Hi, how is it going?
I had the same issue.
The way we fixed it was: We have a gigabyte switch and make sure you are using gigabyte cables as well.

Dont forget to enable sync option on NDI settings on Aximmetry.

Also, update your aximmetry. They fixed some NDI issues in this lastest update.

I don't know how to fix it anymore, sync is also active

Is it also bad when looking with NDI monitor or only via VMIX?

Is it possible to check the version of NDI of Aximmetry and VMIX? (I believe VMIX is only NDI 4)

I'd like to help more, but while I do have VMIX, I only have Aximmetry community for now, so no NDI yet to make some tests.

Good luck

then update a few minutes ago.

First of all I congratulate aximmetry because I have to say they are very professional, I gave them the vmix response to the defect report, aximmetry replied saying that I was able to reproduce the defect and they immediately got to work to understand the cause and resolve, I hope they can do it soon, I have designed the whole system on this thing. For now I am to update you.
