can you show us a screen capture or recording of the issue? Did you try a reinstall?

It seems that it is the BitmapForm that doesnt respond on the start up.

I have tried to re install and it fixed the problem only on one startup.

Please help as this is a big issue for me and is causing delay on my projects

Can you start Aximmetry.CameraCalib.exe (located in the same folder as Aximmetry.Composer.exe)?

If Aximmetry.CameraCalib.exe does not start, can you reinstall and start Aximmetry twice without any external devices connected to your computer?

Just for everyone who is also coping with Aximmetry closing down during "collecting devices":

In our case it was deinstalling the Stream Deck software. Somehow Aximmetry was looking for that link (we used the Aximmetry Stream Deck plugin) and since the deinstallation we got the error. I had to repair the C++ Redist installation and the Axi was working again.
We finally stopped using the Stream Deck software and went on working with Companion. Much better!
