You can easily set a device for tracking and a separate one for zoom in Aximmetry, using the Tracking Device and Zoom Device fields in TrackedCameras:

If you meant a different kind of dual tracking or you have trouble physically connecting the trackers to your PC, then please provide the tracking devices' model names.
