Can I use IBL based shader with light maps instead of standard shaders(flat/norm) when importing scene from other software? Is this good thing> what is the advantages and disadvantages in this way?

If you generate light maps in your modeler software it normally contains all lighting information from the environment, Therefore usually there is no point using additional IBL unless you want to use it dynamically (turning on/off or fading the image based lighting via the Diffuse Env Color property of the shader).
So when using light maps we recommend using the simple Flat/Norm_*_Light_* shaders.
