camera calibrator does not open

Hi, I am trying to calibrate my camera with the Aximmetry Camera Calibrator module. But every time I open it, it crashes. I have reinstalled the program several times, but it still keeps crashing.

Why can this happen?

Does it happen to anyone else?

It shows me this message:

"A fatal error occurred with Camera Calibrator. The application will close. Sorry for the inconvenience, we would appreciate if you could help us investigate the problem by creating and sending a dump file...."

I create the dump file, but it is over 1.5 GB and I don't know where to send it.

Any idea?

I have been investigating the dump file, and I think it is related to the DeckLink 8k Pro configuration. By changing the video card settings, it seems to open without any problems.

I was wrong, it still shows the error. I followed this thread https://my.aximmetry.com/post/1287-camera-calibrator-error and it doesn't work for me either.

I am finding it impossible to calibrate the camera. And I'm pretty sure it has to do with the DeckLink 8k Pro Video Card. When configuring the outputs the Camera Calibrator module is going crazy and its operation is very erratic.

If it opens it doesn't show me a video signal, and if I configure the video inputs it doesn't open.

Where can I send you the Dump file?

Hi,

Please write to sales@aximmetry.com with your Dump file linked.
Also, please mention your problem or reference this forum thread in the mail.

Installing the latest Blackmagic Driver might help. (Blackmagic recommends using their latest drivers)
