Megascans plugin is supported in Unreal for Aximmetry, if you follow the installation methods here:

If you followed either of those methods, then which one did you use, Quixel Bridge application or by manually downloading and unzipping Megascans?
Also, which version of Megascan did you install. And if you used the zipped method, can you tell the path to the Megascan folder in the zip, like: 7.3.zip\latest\win\4.26\MegascansPlugin
