CAMERA SHAKE EFFECT

Anyone's got a camera shake effect or a way to make it shake?
Or is it possible to bring the camera from unreal over to axi? :)

Hi!

You can use the compound in the following directorory:

Aximmetry\Projects\Common\Compounds\Camera

It´s called "Camera_Shaker.xcomp".

There is some parameters in there you can play around with.

Hello!

Please tell me how to connect "Camera_Shaker.xcomp"?

With a little bit of setup you could even separate X/Y/Z movement, rotation, and strength based on the distance of your camera from the billboard.
(Wide shots can take more camera shake than closeups)

Hi,

It depends on your setup and which camera compound you use and how. If you use Allow Virtuals, then you can probably do it like this:
If you use the Seq Cam Transf pins, then you can even put it before the Seq Cam Transf pins.
In other cases, you might want to edit the actual Camera compound.

We have documentation for content creators here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-content-creators/introduction-to-for-content-creators/
This documentation can help you in creating stunning and complex Flow Editor setups similar to EricWest's.

Warmest regards,

Hi,

We don't have any compound like in EricWest's screenshot. I think he made/edited the compound himself, depending on what he needed.

You can edit an Aximmetry compound to your liking, even when it is placed inside a compound. Right-click on the compound and select Edit Compound In-Place:
