Billboard not showing up any image

Hi everyone,

I'm running a scene on Aximmetry DE Community. I've locked the billboard to the camera, but the image from my camera after keying won't show up in the billboard. It's very strange as this is the first time I've encountered this problem.

Anyone knows what causes this problem? Many thanks.

I've attached my input and what shows on the billboard.

Hi,

Make sure that the billboard is placed in a position in your virtual world where your talent/actor/chair is placed in the real world. As you might have placed the Billboard there with the Transformation while your talent was at a different place in the real world. (Only possible If you are not using Auto Position - Tracking):

If that is the case, try aligning the virtual and real-world with Inputs / Scene / Base Came Transf:

If it's still happening, can you tell if it is happening with Allow Virtuals turned off:

(this will make Aximmetry render the Billboard instead of Unreal)

Warmest regards,

Hi,
thank you for your answer. I've managed to solve the issue. Turns out my tracker wasn't set right, so I wasn't able to see the billboard at first.

Right now I'm running Aximmetry with Unreal using Live Sync and a tracked camera, but the preview in Aximmetry and the one from Unreal Editor Windows looks different, as the one in the preview from Aximmetry seems to get cropped. It looks like the position of camera is slightly different between these two. The output in Unreal was set correctly based on our camera sensor, so I wonder what could be the issue here?

You shouldn’t mess with the settings in the Aximmetry camera in UE4, (if you did that). All calibration is done inside Aximmetry. Also, what happens if you run the scene in cooked mode?

When you say the settings of Aximmetry camera in UE4, does it also mean the specification of sensor width, length and lens of the camera? I'll try the scene in cooked mode and see what happens. Thanks for your advice

Yes, that’s exactly what I mean.

Thanks man. Also, did you manage to run a level transition in cooked mode? If yes, how did you do that?
