Sadly, there is no documentation for the Performer and no full-screen mode.
But if you want to really resize it, you can change in Windows 10 the Display's Scale and Layout % size or change the display resolution and it will rescale the performer.

I saw in the tutorial that this software is mainly used to do some transition effects, but I don't know how to use it. If I don't use this software, what methods can I do those effects? Or where can transition effects and some superimposed effects be realized?

Hi,

You can find the effects in the common library, like at Common\Compounds\Effects or Common\Compounds\Transitions

It should be fairly easy to implement the ones you want in the Aximmetry Composer's Flow.

I gave performer a try but it felt buggy and not intuitive. After few hours of nothingness and multiple crashes, I just left it. 
If it was me I would not even include it in the product suite. It does more harm being there unusable (but an option) than not existing at all.
