I just want to know how can i manage GPU and CPU overload it spikes over 120% when using Apple ProRes XQ QuickTime 4k footage at 25 fps and there is drastic FPS drop like 10FPS the total software starts lagging.
My PC spec
Intel Xeon Bronze 3106 - 2
32 GB RAM
Quadro RTX 5000
1TB M.2 SSD
Please some one help me to fix it i'm planning to Replace GPU with 3080 or 3080ti please suggest which one helps.

I don’t think a better GPU would help. ProRes is quite heavy on the CPU, and especially ProRes XQ. What is the reason you’re using such a heavy format? There are better options with alpha support (if you need that).
