The audio and video is not sync when I recording the source signal

Hello,

I'm using a mic and connected to the camera and then try to record it within the tracked cam panel. Audio device (the audio button next to the playback button) is showing "DirectSound: Speakers (blackmagic Decklink 8K Pro (4) Audio)".

I got the sound into file but no sync. sound is faster.

Is there any audio setup I need to do?

Hello,

I tested with a blank compound and then import the Input_Recorder_3-cam.xcomp and just record a video signal but the audio is not sync. audio is faster. Anything I need to check?

Hi,

If the microphone did not come with the camera, then it is very likely they won't be in sync.

However, you can set audio Delay in the Input_Recorder_3-cam.xcomp:

You can also set audio delay in tracked camera compounds inputs by using the Audio Dev Delay:

If you are still experiencing delays in the recording please reply.
