Problem with AJA Kona 4

I'm using an AJA Kona 4 card with SDI 1 as an input (59.94i) and SDI4 as an output. Driver Version is 16.1.0.3 and firmware 2021/04/14. When setting up Composer as demonstrated in this video (https://youtu.be/IWoq_ezCoTY), I cannot get the SDI output to show anything but green snow (which keeps alternating to a black screen). Those are my configs and the output I'm getting from SDI 4:

Any tips on what might be wrong?

OK, updated to 2021.3.2 which uses the newer AJA SDK but it still doesn't work...

Hi Manoel,

Try setting your Video Output to a Mode that is supported by your television and by any converter (SDI to HDMI etc) between aximmetry and the television.

In the screenshot you posted:

You have on your output SDI port's Mode set to 1080i59.94, where "i" stands for interlaced and usually interlaced are not supported by LCD televisions. (you could try first setting it to 1080p30 and see if that works)

Actually, 1080i59.94 Hz works fine both on that TV with an SDI converter and on the capture card on my PC, so that is not the issue. What I did find, however, is that I my AJA DirectShow filters were not updated. Fixing that solved my issue.
