This volume fog is based on the distance field,U can see I closed the whiteman distance field,It worked.But the distance field of thebillboard is still in effect,Even if I change the plane in the blueprint,still doesn't work in AXI.
(Here I changed the distance field setting of the billboard,I do this thing is worked in whiteman,but the billboard is not.)
So,I want to close the distance field of billboard,not distance field lighting,To make my character looks normal.

You can keep billboards made by the Unreal Camera from being affected by the Distance field. You need to change the Billboard located at your Aximmetry Camera Folder->Blueprints->Components->Billboard (located in Content). Open this Billboard and change in the Details->Lighting (Show Advanced->Affect Distance Field Lighting to false:
