We would recommend a full reinstall, however, we're not positive this will fix the issue. 

In case the issue persists after the reinstall, please create the dump file when Aximmetry asks you about it and send it to support@aximmetry.com so that we can investigate it.

I think I know where the mistake comes from

I create a new folder in folder : _DevicesSetups/CameraTracking/Cameras/

When I moved this folder the application worked very well. You cannot create a directory in the cameras directory, only xml files.

Hi, did you manage to find the error? the same thing is happening to me and I am not able to fix it. The operation of the calibrator camera module becomes very erratic and random.

Are you experiencing the same problem, that by creating a folder at _DevicesSetups/CameraTracking/Cameras/ the Camera Calibrator crashes?
If not and the Camera Calibrator crashes like above, then please create the dump file when Aximmetry asks you about it and send it to support@aximmetry.com so that we can investigate it.
