I am newbie of Aximmetry and I am setting a Studio Server with Studio DE Aximmetry version. May I know Magewell Flex I/O HDMI can work with Aximmetry Studio DE? I mean it can ingest 2 cameras via HDMI and set output to 2 HDMI port ?

Yes, Magewell products are supported by Aximmetry. You can assign each port to be an input or an output (depending on the card specifications) using the device mapper. Please follow this tutorial for more details on how to do so:
