I couldn't get the 4k resolution exactly as input video after keying in final output

Hi I'm using Aximmetry DE community version to learn about the software as well as to know how it works before purchasing the professional edition. Everything works fine but the main problem which i'm facing is when i use Prores XQ 4444 4k videos i can see sharp and crisp video in input but after keying and final it looks totally blurry please help me to fix it.

Thanks

Sam

What rendering resolution have you set I’m the Aximmetry project settings? Also, disabling Allow Virtuals will give a sharper video on the billboard since the video isn’t passing through the UE4 rendering pipeline then.

Hi Twenty Studios,

I'm using 3840 x 2160 30 FPS as render settings. I turned off allow virtuals as well there are some changes in the saturation, brightness and contrast but i couldn't get the perfect sharp video like how the 4k video has to be and I couldn't see any fine details like sharp hair strands and facial details clearly in final output but in input mode it is perfect when I click on final the billboard is blurry like in SD definition.

Thanks

Very strange. We get perfect, sharp results in our studio. Did you try adding some sharpness in the Adjuster panel of the Billboard?

Wow!! its perfect I exactly wanted to get this output but unfortunately it is not happening for me I tried everything. I'm having one doubt will it be because of Quadro GPU which i'm using now ? or should i have to change some settings ? Please help me to solve this issue.

Thanks

Hi Samuel,

We can assure you that the GPU has no effect on picture quality.

However, a wrinkled green screen or a badly lit studio can degrade the keying quality.
Also, are you using the default keyer (Advanced B)? We have long documentation of it: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/using-the-advanced-b-keyer/

Posting some before and after images here could help us a lot to discover what is going wrong. If you do so, please post it in lossless compression format.

Warmest regards
